Dr. Overdorf is interested in musculoskeletal medicine, interventional spinal procedures, ultrasound, and nerve conductions studies/electromyography. Dr. Overdorf also occasionally performs osteopathic manipulative medicine.

Dr. Paul Overdorf grew up in Troy, New York. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Science at Hobart College. At Hobart, Dr. Overdorf was a member of the football team playing various positions including Quarterback, Wide Receiver, and Kicker.

After college, Dr. Overdorf obtained his medical degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his internship year in Internal Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky, followed by his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training at the Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital.

After graduation, Dr. Overdorf joined Southwest Spine and Sports as a fellow physician for his first year and will be staying on as an associate physician thereafter. Dr. Overdorf is interested in musculoskeletal medicine, interventional spinal procedures, ultrasound, and nerve conductions studies/electromyography. Dr. Overdorf also occasionally performs osteopathic manipulative medicine.

In his spare time, Dr. Overdorf enjoys staying active playing intramural sports, hiking, weightlifting, and spending time with his dog.
