Dr. Wolff established Southwest Spine & Sports in 1999 and has been a respected member of the local medical community since 1997. He has been named as a “Top Doc” in Phoenix magazine for ten consecutive years.
Dr. Lata Kumaraswamy joined the practice in 2011 after completing an interventional spine fellowship at Southwest Spine and Sports. She completed her residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Michigan State University where she was Co-Chief Resident.
Dr. Overdorf is interested in musculoskeletal medicine, interventional spinal procedures, ultrasound, and nerve conductions studies/electromyography. Dr. Overdorf also occasionally performs osteopathic manipulative medicine.
Ami received her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Pre Medicine. She continued her education at the University of Illinois in Chicago with her first master’s degree in Sport’s Injury Management.
Sheila Janisch joined the practice in 2018. She has been a registered nurse since 1995 starting her career in cardiac care. She has worked in CA, NV, VA, and Arizona in post CABG/ heart transplant cardiac units.
